We are in the initial planning stages of opening a new restaurant & brewery in Chicago, Illinois USA. We have a passion for brewing beer, which will probably be the main feature of this restaurant.
The concept of the restaurant comes from a historical part of Chicago around the 1890′s called Haymarket Square, where merchants would bring their goods on horse drawn carts to sell.
